China Visa Application 

 

Please read and understand the following rules before using our service. If you have any questions, please feel free to contact us.

 

 

We only supply Tour Visa & Business Visa:

 

"Tourist Visa" - L Visa - is the most popular type of China visa. It is issued to those who visit China for tourist purposes, family visit or other personal matters.

"Business Visa" - F Visa - is issued to applicants who are invited to China for business, research, lecture, scientific-technological and culture exchanges, short-term advanced studies or intern practice for a period of no more than six months.

Document Checklist: Send the following items to us in your application.

 

Visa Application Form: Download, Complete Online, print and sign it, one form per applicant. ***In Section 4, please fill out all fields. If you are visiting relatives, list their name, address in China, phone number, and email address. Incomplete application forms may result in visa refusal and/or delay. If you have Chinese name, please fill it.

Your ORIGINAL Passport: It should be valid for at least 6 months, and have at least two blank visa pages remaining

Colored Photo: One 2"X2" passport style color photo for each application

Service Order Form: Download, Complete Online and print it, one form per shipping address

Payment: A single money order or personal check for the total amount payable to Tian Bao Travel Ltd., please do not write any separate check for the Chinese Consulate. Bounced check fee: $25. If you pay by credit card, should be extra 5%.

The ORIGINAL of your Canadian PR Card or Valid Visa for Canada if you are not holding a Canadian passport

Important: Former Chinese citizens applying for Chinese visas with a newly issued/renewed foreign passport for the first time should also provide the original Chinese passport, or photocopies of the foreign passport before renewal with all records of Chinese visas on it.

Foreign Born Child - If you apply a visa for your child under 8 (included 8 years), who is born outside of China, you must submit your child's original birth certificate and one of parent's passport (with PR Card if the parent is not Canadian Citizen)

Notes:

For single entry or double entry visa, your first entry date to China must be within 3 months of your application date. For any multiple - entry visa, you can use it to enter China any time before it expires

If you are holding a US Passport, the Consulate fees are $185 for regular service, $280 for express service, and $325 for rush service.

If you are submitting up to 4 Chinese visa applications, you need to pay only one return shipping & handling fee if all passports are returned to the same address. For five or more passports, the return shipping & handling fee is $35.

Please make sure all visa requirements are met. We will submit your documents to the Chinese consulate, and we will not validate your application. We cannot be responsible for any delay caused by unmet requirements or denial of visa by the consulate.

Our processing and delivery fees are non-refundable.

We use FedEx or equivalent courier to deliver your documents; therefore, any loss or delay are subject to the rules and policies of the courier solely.
